About

The inspiration for Coast was born during a period of extreme burnout in my nursing career. My nervous system was constantly in survival mode, my body was exhausted, my mind overwhelmed and I had completely lost my sense of centre. That experience forced me to slow down, listen to what my body was asking for, and rebuild my future from the inside out. This became the foundation for the healing work I do now.

The Heart of my Work

Helping people find their centre and connect more deeply to the world around them is at the heart of my work. Bodywork and helping people connect to it is really important to me, with a focus on how the body feels rather than how it looks. My work is about building awareness of what’s happening inside, slowing down to truly connect with yourself, promoting rest and encouraging people to listen to their bodies and intuition.

A Calling

I’d always been drawn to holistic therapies, especially during my travels and the years I spent living abroad - they became the spaces where I could relax, reset and truly sit within my own body. So when I started questioning my path and what I truly wanted; stepping into holistic massage therapy didn’t feel like a decision at all; it felt like a profound sense of returning home.

Rooted in Nature

My work is profoundly rooted in nature and spirituality, where I feel connected and energised by the powers of Mother Earth. I aim to bring this calming and restorative essence into every treatment. I select the finest essential oils to work intuitively with the body’s energy, the chakras and the natural forces around us to create a space where one can reconnect and restore. I hope the energy cultivated in my treatments stays with you long after you leave the treatment room, becoming something you embody and share with others.

A Nod to the Sea

The name “Coast” is a nod to the ocean, the seaside and the waves — a place in my soul where I feel calm and grounded.
